How to Book

Step 1 of 3: Review the Home School Guide.

Step 2 of 3: You Must Register in Advance

Home School Bookings are now available to book. Programs fill quickly - sometimes months ahead - so book as early as possible.

You MUST pre-register at least 2 weeks before the scheduled date to take advantage of the special school rates offered for Science Programs, Science Demonstrations and IMAX films, otherwise regular rates will apply.
If you are a TELUS World of Science - Edmonton Member, Building Admission is free and you receive 50% off on IMAX films.

Space is limited to 30 students in the Science Programs, 100 people in the Science Stage, 199 people or less in the IMAX theatre and 250 people in the planetarium.

Due to limited space in our classrooms, younger children cannot take part in Science Programs that an older sibling is attending. Only pre-registered students will be allowed in the classrooms at these scheduled times.

While your children are in a Science Program, we invite parents/guardians and younger children to explore our facility. Building Admission is required. Parent supervision is required for all children and students visiting Permanent Galleries, Feature Exhibitions, Demonstrations and Theatres.

Register by calling 780-451-3344, then press 2.

Step 3 of 3: Plan Your Day

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of your first scheduled program. All programs will begin promptly. Our Box Office staff will sign you in and direct you to your program.

Presentations are grade and age specific. To maintain their high quality, our Science Programs are not ideal for a wide range of ages. Registration to any grade-specific program will be limited to ages of no more than one year below or above the listed grade level.
